Job Overview

ERA are excited to be working with a global leading Digital Media business, specialising in the iGaming industry. We are looking to speak with experienced Heads of Marketing. This role reports to the marketing consultant for the business. The Head of Marketing will be proficient in English and Chinese and lead a regional marketing team to activate all company brands in key growth markets.   The ideal candidate will be a visionary, creative, bold innovator who constantly seeks new challenges. The Head of Marketing is responsible for the success of all brand awareness and activation campaigns in both the B2B customers and B2C consumers space and is to look at constantly aligning strategies with the trends of the markets.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing Department.
  • Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including B2B & B2C Marketing, Communications & Content.
  • Launch and develop the products created by the Marketing team.
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
  • Organising and planning the company events together with the Marketing team.
  • Design branding and positioning.
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  • Coordinate and support sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Work experience as Head of Marketing or Senior Manager, in non-gaming spaces, but preferably in a tech, entertainment or FMCG space.
  • Understands and practices bottom-up management.
  • People management experience.
  • Experience running successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritise goals.
  • Creative and agile.
  • Solid project management skills - able to run projects from end-to-end.
  • Analytical mind.
  • BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese.
