Simon holds 12 years experience in providing high-level recruitment solutions. During this time he has recruited across various industry sectors, spanning APAC, Europe, Africa, and LATAM.
In that time, he has developed a strong varied array of clients across industry sectors such as iGaming, Fintech, Blockchain, Esports, and Payments. Within these industries, he has provided efficient and timely recruitment solutions for clients hiring at C-Level down to Entry Level positions.
As well as having a strong track record of being a hands-on recruitment consultant, he has a successful track record of growing teams and a passion for training and developing new recruitment talent.
Before entering the world of recruitment, Simon played professional cricket for Surrey Country Cricket Club. He has worked hard at transferring the high standards of performance learned in an elite professional sporting environment, to the world of recruitment.
DARYL KING
Managing Consultant
Daryl holds 7 years experience in hands-on delivery focused recruitment solutions. During this time he has recruited across various industry sectors, spanning APAC, Europe, Africa and LATAM. Throughout his career, he has developed a large network of clients and candidates from C-Level to Entry Level positions across these regions.
Daryl takes huge pride in the continuous growth of new and existing relationships across iGaming, Fintech, Blockchain, Esports, and Payments sectors. As well as having a strong track record in hands-on recruitment, he has a huge passion for training and developing new talent, and has prior experience of mentoring new recruitment consultants.
Before starting the journey in recruitment, Daryl played professional cricket for Surrey Country Cricket Club and subsequently went on to an advanced level of coaching, leading the Argentina National Cricket Team in the ICC Division 5 championship in Miami. He has transferred the high standards of performance needed in coaching and sporting environments to his day-to-day recruitment activities.
