Job Overview
Executive Recruitment Asia is partnering with a global award winner Paytech leader that powers many cutting-edge payment programs, including digital banks, e-wallets, and global Fintechs, with the business now spanning 160 clients in 60 countries, using over 150 currencies. You will be required to oversee the installation of Payments Processing, Paytech, and Software Development of all products to APAC clients.
Responsibilities
- Working with clients to capture requirements (facilitating workshops where required) and articulating these into Project Requirements
- Document and product set up onto the GPS Apex platform Guiding clients on degree of certainty/common hold ups in other delivery areas and mitigations
- Acting as first line technical support and troubleshooting during the implementation phase
- Providing guidance to clients and new suppliers on the integration with GPS (and the use of GPS APIs)
- Creating and maintaining a GPS implementation plan including milestones, tasks, responsibilities and dependencies; with ability to advise on impact of potential challenges and delays as well as offering workarounds
- Liaising with internal teams on the technical details of client requirements which arise from issues found during integration/change requests
- Executing configuration on the GPS Apex platform in both test and production
- Performing pavement testing
- Providing regular updates to stakeholders on all aspects of project progress, including any issues and system changes
- Building and managing relationships with each party involved in delivery (Clients/Suppliers/Partners/Fellow Vendors)
- Raising and managing all project related tasks, issues or change requests using a tool called JIRA
- Ensuring continuity of information in handover to Account Management and Operations
- Assisting with continuous process improvement internally and contributing to GPS internal Wiki (Confluence)
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Cross Scheme (MasterCard and Visa)
- Understands how payments processing works, having previously worked for an Issuing bank, processor or programme manager
- Self-driven and a quick learner
- Strong communicator at different levels (e.g., peers, client, suppliers and board level)
