Job Overview
Executive Recruitment Asia is working with a leading decentralised finance (DeFi) services provider and one of Asia’s fastest growing fintech platforms. Their vision is to become a one-stop platform for all crypto users to get easy access to DeFi and Web3 services. You love to push convention and have a creative and inspiring spirit. You will lead the marketing team, whilst developing and executing marketing strategy to effectively capture the imagination of the audience, driving growth across the DeFi landscape. The role must be based in the client’s office in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Defining and executing the Marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with various Business Units and functional teams across the organization to translate marketing strategy into initiatives that support both individual Business Units operations and the Organization as a whole.
- Ensure that our numerous online and physical touchpoints achieve their deliverables.
- Create reliable measuring systems to monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts and take corrective action.
- Lead, inspire, and coach a team of high-performing marketing professionals.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a senior marketing executive, with budget-holding responsibilities.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the web3, blockchain, crypto domain.
- A stellar track record in building, leading, and inspiring marketing teams.
- Proven track record of success in a variety of marketing disciplines, including brand planning and management, campaign management, internal and external communications, performance marketing, etc.
- Active team player, excellent communication skills, positive attitude and good work ethic.
- The ability to be based in Singapore for the role, this is a prerequisite for all of our senior leadership team.
