Executive Recruitment Asia is working with a globally recognised media business to find them an Account Manager to join a fantastic team of professionals in Japan. The Account Manager is responsible for managing current client accounts, as well as upselling, cross selling and for negotiating new deals. This role is to be based in Japan, Australia or remotely within Asia Pacific region.Â
Responsibilities
- Managing affiliate accounts and building excellent and strong relationships.
- Sell advertising inventory and placements on the assigned client sites.
- Develop a sales strategy for the Japanese market.
- Negotiate Affiliate deals with new and existing operators.
- Create links and campaigns for our clients.
- Being top performer when it comes to fixed fees targets, rev share and CPA targets.
- Reporting stats.
- Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner.
- Develop, build and/or execute strategies to acquire new valuable clients.
- Managing agreements with client accounts.
- Arranging frequent meetings/calls with Clients.
- Always maintain a professional behaviour when representing the business.
- Follow market trends for the Japanese market so that learnings can be applied to your day to day.
Requirements
- Experience in the iGaming industry as an Account Manager.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Fluent/Good Japanese is also required.
