Job Overview
Executive Recruitment Asia has been retained to support a globally recognised and award winning B2b iGaming business with their search to find a Sales Manager. Reporting into the Chief Business Officer, The Sales Manager will be responsible for new business sales in the Virtual Sports vertical across all strategic regions as well as supporting the growth of existing clients. This role can be based in the Armenian office or remotely.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to development of an overall strategic vision for the distribution of the Virtual Sports products to the iGaming market.
- Develop a coherent sales pipeline with specified sales targets aligned with the strategic vision.
- Identify, evaluate and execute strategic relationships with new partners
- Construct and deliver executive presentations RFI and RFP responses with the ability to conduct full negotiations with clients.
- Develop and maintain a international sales plan working with company’s key stakeholders, internationally.
- Keep informed on how legislative and technological developments affect sales strategy.
- Provide regular reporting on revenue and profitability.
- Assessing and recommending improvements for existing services and products.
- Coordinate with portfolio/scheduling manager and technical implementation team (internal & third party) until the new partner goes live.
- Lead role in creating an effective CRM environment.
- Develop contracting environment in partnership with internal legal counsel
- Fully understand competitor products and services (including strengths, weaknesses and pricing) in order to pitch the Client, and its products, with a clear competitive advantage.
Requirements
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience and track record of a similar role related to the Virtual Sports vertical.
- Excellent technical and commercial understanding of the online gaming industry in general and specifically the sports betting industry.
- Proven experience in negotiation of commercial contracts and building key partner relationships.
- Own large networks and contacts of executive and decision-making personnel in the iGaming space.
- Experience of creating commercial proposal and negotiating contracts.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong Networking and Relationship Building Skills.
- Ability to communicate to all levels of management internally and externally.
- Willingness to travel international.
- Result driven, extremely well organised and self-motivated. Comfortable with working according to deadlines and strict targets.
