ERA are excited to be partnering with a leading B2B iGaming company based in Taipei, Taiwan. Who are seeking a dynamic, experienced and highly skilled, Commercial Director to join their team. As a key member of the leadership team, the Commercial Director will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the companys commercial activities, ensuring growth, and fostering key partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in the iGaming industry, coupled with strong leadership skills to guide our sales and marketing teams to success.  

Responsibilities

  • Take charge of all key marketing channels, devising and executing comprehensive strategies to enhance the companys market presence.
  • Develop and implement annual sales strategies, budgets, and goals, aligning them with the overall business objectives. Present and seek approval for the annual budget, demonstrating a clear understanding of market trends and opportunities.
  • Provide effective leadership and direction to the sales team, ensuring seamless execution of ongoing campaigns. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation within the team.
  • Ensure all marketing and advertising activities adhere to iGaming legislation and uphold social responsibility standards. Implement measures to guarantee compliance with industry regulations and ethical practices.
  • Develop impactful promotional campaigns, utilising strategic insights to drive internal team initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across different departments within the organisation.
  • Manage and optimise existing partnerships with team members while actively identifying new opportunities. Work closely with internal teams to deliver a unified and exceptional customer experience.
  • Act as an authority figure to effectively address and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Implement strategies to enhance customer relations and loyalty.
  • Management of key stakeholders, nurturing long-term partnerships. Cultivate relationships with key industry players to strengthen the companys position in the market.
  • Conduct interviews and hire commercial team members, ensuring the recruitment of top-tier talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field; additional qualifications in business or marketing are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English (TOEIC Writing & Listening Skill 800+), with fluency in conversational English.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the B2B iGaming industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on cross-departmental collaboration.
  • In-depth knowledge of iGaming legislation and a commitment to socially responsible business practices.
  • Track record of ensuring marketing and advertising activities comply with industry regulations.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful promotional campaigns.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage key stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
  • A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering the best possible customer experience.
