We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced world of Crypto Casino and Sportsbook iGaming. As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and driving the successful execution of technology projects that contribute to the growth and success of our online gaming platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate and manage the execution of projects from initiation to completion.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and successes.
- Work closely with development, QA, and other teams to allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure that team members have the necessary tools and support to meet project goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.
- Develop contingency plans to manage unexpected challenges.
- Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
- Implement best practices for testing and quality control.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the iGaming or online gambling industry.
- Fluent in Spoken and written Chinese.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.
- Understanding of casino and sportsbook software, APIs, and integrations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language for effective communication with different teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and industry trends.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and ensure timely project delivery.
- Proactive in identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions.
