Job Overview
ERA are excited to be partnering with a leading B2B iGaming company based in Taipei, Taiwan. The Senior Account Manager will play a pivotal role in the development of the business. This position will involve collaborating with clients and partners to gather business requirements and providing expertise in areas such as sales, cross-sales, relationship management, dashboarding, reporting, and visualisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving critical business objectives through the development and implementation of account plans, as well as forecasting and tracking account metrics/KPIs. This role requires a proactive approach to coaching and challenging clients and partners, identifying improvement opportunities, and acting as the main point of contact to develop strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Business Requirements Gathering: Gather business requirements for business analytics, including drill-down analysis, dashboarding, reporting, visualisation, and data mining analysis.
- Client Engagement and Improvement: Coach and challenge clients and partners to identify improvement opportunities to develop and implement account plans to drive critical business objectives.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to create marketing promotions.
- Forecasting and Demand Planning: Work out forecast and demand planning with customers and provide feedback to the organisation.
- Technical Collaboration: Work on the basic technical concept in cooperation with customers and develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact and develop a trusted advisor relationship with assigned clients and key stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Organise and support joint team visits or technical promotions and guide and coach junior Account Managers.
- Product Presentation and Sales: Present and sell company products and services, engage in selling, up-selling, and cross-selling the companys gaming solutions.
- Training and Development: Conduct onboarding training for clients and work on the technical concept in cooperation with clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in a B2B environment Familiarity with the iGaming industry is essential.
- Ability to develop and implement account plans.
- Proficient in drill-down analysis, dashboarding, reporting, and data mining analysis.
- Excellent presentation and selling skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese would be advantageous.
- Ability to engage in effective client conversations.
- Proven ability to collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Experience in organising and supporting joint team visits or technical promotions.
- Ability to guide and coach junior Account Managers.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work out basic technical concepts in collaboration with customers.
