Responsibilities
- Establish and lead a sportsbook marketing team with an emphasis on user acquisition in the Indonesian market.
- Drive the marketing team towards achieving both short-term and long-term strategic objectives.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of the sportsbook marketing team (B2C) - from hiring to training and management.
- Spearhead advertising, content creation, and channel marketing endeavours.
- Conduct and oversee marketing engagements on pertinent Facebook groups.
- Execute and manage marketing strategies encompassing SEO, SEM, CPM, CPC, and other user acquisition methods.
- Direct and execute marketing initiatives on Appstore and Google Play to attract users.
- Forge strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and affiliate agents in Indonesia.
- Supervise and regulate content across social media platforms including Telegram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Conduct rigorous analysis of marketing campaigns, leveraging data to optimise for efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Marketing management within the Indonesian sportsbook sector.
- Proficiency in understanding market and user trends specific to the Indonesian demographic.
- Acquaintance with Indonesian user consumption habits and prevailing trends.
- Proven experience in team-building, covering recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Fluency in English or Chinese with Bahasa Indonesia as a native language.
