ERA are working with an exciting tech-focused business who are in search of an experienced UI Designers who have proven experience in developing realistic life-like characters to join their creative team and contribute to the visual design excellence of the business products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of design principles, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall user experience of our products.
Responsibilities
- Create visually stunning and user-centric designs for our business products while adhering to established design guidelines and rules.
- Identify user needs through a user-centric approach, translating data insights into well-thought-out design solutions for product functionalities and features.
- Take ownership of projects, developing feasible visual and creative design solutions independently, and continuously enhancing the quality of the product design experience.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D team to ensure seamless integration of design into the entire product process, demonstrating a strong drive for innovative design solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in an art-related major, showcasing a strong foundation in design principles and concepts.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web design, demonstrating a solid track record of delivering visually compelling and user-focused designs.
- Fluent in both written and Spoken Chinese.
- Proficiency in art colour matching, showcasing a deep understanding of colour theory and its application in design.
- Expertise in using design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, and other relevant production software.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, showcasing strong time management and organisational skills to meet project deadlines.
- Exceptional creativity and a passion for staying up to date with the latest design trends and technologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of UI design projects that highlight your design process, problem-solving abilities, and aesthetic sensibilities.
