Job Overview

ERA is working in partnership with a global leader within the B2b entertainment space who have a large global presence and are a leading content provider of a key segment in the entertainment industry, offering a diverse product portfolio that is innovative, regulated and mobile-focused. In this role, you work closely with the Country Director, Director of Marketing, and Marketing Manager (Thailand) to strategically develop, manage and execute marketing activities to increase brand awareness, drive market share, and optimise player demand for our games. Your responsibilities include working with cross-functional teams and external partners; whilst managing various marketing channels to drive innovative campaigns and initiatives tailored to the Thai market in effort to support commercial growth, enhance brand awareness, generate leads, execute advertising/sponsorships, manage events; digital content, social media and more. Leading a team of marketing professionals, you will provide guidance to ensure their performance aligns with the companys goals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive branding and marketing efforts in Thailand by developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our global objectives.
  • Identify new channels and opportunities for innovative marketing and communication plans to expand our brand reach and impact.
  • Drive brand awareness and player demand through targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including account management, product marketing, design, content and analytics, to create compelling marketing materials and targeted communications.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, influencers, and industry, to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Monitor marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximise ROI.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance driven culture.
  • Monitor and regularly report on marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Tertiary degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven marketing experience of at least 6+ years in marketing, with preference given for experience on Social Media.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels, including Social Media, SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand market share and growth.
  • Ability to manage and inspire a diverse team towards achieving business objectives.
  • Analytical proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, in Thai and English.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering measurable business outcomes.
