Job Overview
Our client is an exciting Tech startup who Is using innovation and strategic market position for rapid expansion of their business, they are seeking a talented and experienced Affiliate Director to join their team. As the Affiliate Director, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with affiliate partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies, drive affiliate recruitment, and optimise performance to meet business objectives. Your expertise in affiliate marketing, strong communication skills will be instrumental in expanding our affiliate network and maximising revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate strategy tailored to the Japan market.
- Identify and recruit high-performing affiliate partners to expand our network and maximise revenue opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with affiliates, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure their success.
- Implement effective affiliate marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor and analyse affiliate performance, track key metrics, and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within the iGaming industry.
- Deep understanding of the Japan market and affiliate landscape, including local regulations and cultural nuances.
- Strong network of affiliate contacts in the Japan iGaming industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced startup environment.
