ERA are excited to be working in partnership with an Australia based specialists’ business who are leading the way in creation, management, and marketing of products within the tech and Gaming space. The business is committed to creating a best-of-breed gaming experience developing the Gaming Platform and Sportsbook on the latest market trends and innovations. We are seeking an experienced CRM professional to join our rapidly growing team and to lead our customer engagement and retention efforts. Reporting to the Casino Marketing Manager, the CRM/Promotions Manager will take the lead on the design and implementation of our entire CRM/promotions strategy from the ground up using the Fast Track CRM platform. You will be tasked with driving customer lifecycle management, workflows, segmentation, and creating engaging communications, promotions and offers to drive retention, ARPU and LTV. The CRM/Promotions Manager will be heavily KPI, and data-driven with excellent analytical and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing complex, multi-market/language CRM strategies from scratch
- Working with the marketing and design teams to develop stand-out promotion and marketing materials
- Co-ordinate execution of CRM and Promotional campaigns end-to-end
- Creating and monitoring multi-channel, multi-language communications and promotions
- Manage and optimise CRM budgets and promotional spend, and reporting on performance
- The ability to measure campaign performance and return on investment (ROI)
- Optimise campaigns over time to increase retention and LPV
- Dedicate care and responsibility for the final quality of output
- Be passionate about creating an engaging customer-centric experience
- Promote high work standards within the team
Requirements
- Experience in a senior customer engagement and promotion’s role
- English fluency
- Expert level as primary user/SME using top-tier CRM platform, ideally Fast Track CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technical experience using third-party communication platforms such as SendGrid
