Executive Recruitment Asia is working with one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency derivatives trading platform, which has pioneered cryptocurrency trading through relentless commitment to change, and continues to set benchmarks for innovation, liquidity, and security, undertaking hundreds of thousands of traders, transacting billions of USD a day. As part of the expanding communications team, we are seeking an experienced, driven, and highly independent professional to help manage and develop product communication and brand awareness in Europe and globally. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to shape the future of one of the most innovative and recognised brands in crypto. The position requires strong product communication experience, ideally from the fintech sector or digital consumer driven businesses. You’ll work with, Lead, and have the support of a growing communication and marketing team, mostly based in Asian time zones.


  • Brand Awareness: manage company communications, prepare and execute a consistent communication plan in the region, in order to build the brand awareness
  • Product Communication: amplify the voice of the company correctly communicating the astonishing set of products next to be launched
  • Proactive Campaign Development: participate in the development and delivery of proactive corporate reputation campaigns, including the execution (e.g. media buying) and control the KPI to ensure the goals
  • Content Development: work with the editorial team to develop and publish company content across owned channels.
  • Help manage activations of strategic partnerships, including leading European Sports teams and players.
  • Company appearances at PR events - be the main point of contact in Europe to identify and manage our participation in events (i.e. helping to evaluate a potential CEO appearance on a panel discussion, for example)
  • Interact and assist in the management of external agency teams in the different countries


  • Strong product communication gained within an in-house or agency environment.
  • Consumer digital brand management, cryptocurrency, or fintech industry experience is mandatory.
  • Meaningful international media relations expertise required.
  • Digital approach and community management skills
  • Meaningful experience managing reputational risks/ dealing with issues and crises.
  • Experience in managing communication budget
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, with English language essential.
  • A collaborative mindset to work in an international and multidisciplinary environment as part of one global team.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude as a must
