Job Overview
Executive Recruitment Asia is working with a well established and successful B2b iGaming business located in Taiwan. We are assisting them with their search for an experienced Marketing Communications Executive to join their fantastic team. The Marketing Communications Executive will be responsible for the management and coordination of the company’s communication and brand activation in new markets, including events, marketing material and growth strategy to meet company’s requirements. This role also supports events via social medial including plan and assist in creating content for social media. The role itself can be based in Taiwan or remotely.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall development and execution of the Company brand activation strategy in new markets and associated activities.
- Overall brand positioning and narrative to increase market share in new markets.
- Source, vet and manage external vendors, merchandise, logistics and service providers.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams – from creative, IT to product, marketing and legal – to produce effective promotional materials.
- Collaborate with wider marketing, account management and business development teams to fully understand the market, product and communication needs.
- Gather intelligence to understand the market and competitors, to determine the most effective customer engagement and communications.
- Develop communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, direct mail, and other multimedia.
- Campaign, event, website, content marketing, translations, social and PR management across all channels.
- Support country managers to manage marketing and budget for brand activation activities in new markets to achieve a positive ROI.
- B2C engagement and campaigns.
- Maintain effective internal communications with stakeholders and all country managers to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar marketing role (within iGaming would be advantageous).
- In-depth understanding of the digital marketing strategy and the overall digital landscape.
- A great communicator and a team player.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Proven experience of working collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
- Proven experience working with multi-location and remote teams.
- Degree educated, ideally with a major in Marketing.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Willing to travel
