Job Overview
Executive Recruitment Asia is working in partnership with a well-established Asian iGaming business as they begin their venture into Crypto/iGaming and look to pave the way for tokenised gaming, globally. This role will be best suited to an experienced Senior Casino Operations or Casino Product professional with experience working in global markets. This role can be based remotely, but will be required to travel as and when required.
Responsibilities
- Manage P&L of the Casino product group.
- Work with management to develop and implement Casino strategy with regular reporting to senior stakeholders on analytics.
- Define long-term strategy and prioritisation of product roadmap ensuring on-going development of new features.
- Work closely with customer services to ensure best practices are standard.
- Manage the budgeting process.
- Team building, management, leadership.
- Manage the product lifecycle for Casino products from market scoping to board sign off through to delivery, launch and optimisation of products.
- Maintain customer focus, utilising customer insight, usability testing, web analytics and competitive trends.
- Commercial negotiation and relationship management with third party suppliers.
- Work with development teams to deliver effective integrations and maintain a continual flow of new content
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a similar role for an iGaming Crypto business is desirable.
- Online Casino P&L Management with a leading online Casino brand.
- Experience of online marketing, with particular emphasis in areas of conversion, CRM / retention, and maximising player lifetime value.
- Experience of developing a highly engaging UX strategy and innovative player journey experience.
- Experience of growing an internationally scalable growth strategy.
- Strong communication, organisational and project implementation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with other highly talented individuals.
