ERA are excited to be partnering with a leading B2B iGaming company based in Taipei. Who are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Account Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business analytics, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our gaming solutions. This position requires a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of account management, business analytics, and the iGaming industry.


  • Gather business requirements for business analytics, including drill-down analysis, dashboarding, reporting, visualisation, and data mining analysis.
  • Coach and challenge clients and partners, anticipating improvements and collaboratively identifying opportunities for enhancement in Employee accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact, developing trusted advisor relationships with assigned clients and their key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve critical business objectives.
  • Forecast and track account metrics/KPIs for each of Employee accounts.
  • Collaborate with clients to create marketing promotions.
  • Present and sell company products and services, including up-selling and cross-selling gaming solutions.
  • Organise and support joint team and customer visits or technical promotions.
  • Use expertise to guide junior Account Managers.
  • Work out basic technical concepts in cooperation with the customer.
  • Coach and collaborate on technical concept development for customers.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.) to streamline processes.
  • Conduct onboarding training for new team members.


  • Proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred.
  • Proven experience in senior account management within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret business requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Experience in developing and implementing account plans.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Familiarity with forecasting and demand planning.
  • Previous experience in developing and delivering marketing promotions.
  • Knowledge of iGaming solutions and industry trends.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior Account Managers.
