Job Overview
ERA are excited to be partnering with a leading B2b iGaming company who are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive their B2B iGaming clients affiliate and streamer marketing initiatives across Asia, specifically Myanmar. Your role will involve collaborating with local marketing teams, creating engaging content, and optimising performance to elevate brand awareness and audience engagement.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Guidance and Reporting:Â Direct local marketing teams in executing campaigns for affiliates and streamers.
- Provide ongoing support and regular reporting to the Marketing Director of Asia.
- Strategic Planning:Â Collaborate with the Marketing Director Asia to outline affiliate and streamer marketing strategies, product marketing, and annual budget.
- Manage operational needs for in-house streamer initiatives.
- Content Creation and Management:Â Establish and manage company channels for in-house streamers.
- Support affiliate and streamer onboarding and product training.
- Develop content strategies for streamers and curate ideas for compelling streaming content.
- Collaboration and Training:Â Coordinate with various teams to address affiliate needs promptly.
- Develop business strategies to enhance affiliate programs.
- Train, support, and monitor affiliates, streamers, and influencers to align with company goals.
- Trend Monitoring and Strategy Development:Â Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and influencers in the gaming industry.
- Develop and execute affiliate strategies to boost player growth for the company’s products.
- Localisation and Support: Support local marketing teams in creating streamer marketing strategies across different languages, target markets, channels, objectives, and schedules.
- Ensure fair rates and relevant agreements for affiliates and streamers.
- Creative Support:Â Assist affiliates and streamers with design, creative media packs, merchandise, and viewer engagement campaigns.
- Continuous Improvement:Â Stay abreast of trends in affiliate marketing and identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Education:Â Bachelors degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Passion:Â Enthusiastic about gaming, including iGaming, online games, e-sports, and casino games.
- Expertise:Â In-depth knowledge of affiliate and influencer marketing with existing affiliate networks.
- Communication Skills:Â Strong presentation and communication skills to convey information effectively.
- Networking:Â Excellent networking, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Organisational Skills:Â Strong organisational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Project Management:Â Ability to manage campaigns effectively, ensuring timely delivery to a high standard.
- Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant platforms and tools (e.g., OBS, Streamyard, Semrush, Ahrefs, Vamp, Grin, Upfluence, Whalar).
- Design Skills (Optional):Â Some proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Ai, or video editing).
