ERA are excited to be partnering with a leading B2B iGaming company based in Taipei, Taiwan. Who are seeking an experienced, dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business analytics and fostering strategic partnerships. This individual will be responsible for gathering and understanding business requirements related to drill-down analysis, dashboarding, reporting, visualisation, and data mining. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will be instrumental in developing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts to secure valuable partnerships. With a focus on revenue goals and customer relationships, the successful candidate will lead the charge in achieving organisational growth and market success.

Responsibilities

  • Gather comprehensive business requirements for business analytics, including drill-down analysis, dashboarding, reporting, visualisation, and data mining analysis.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote products or services, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Identify potential clients and proactively build relationships to develop new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to secure new business deals, ensuring favourable terms for the organisation.
  • Collaborate with customers to work out forecasts and demand planning, providing valuable feedback to the organisation.
  • Set revenue goals and implement marketing strategies to achieve them, driving business growth.
  • Prepare and provide pre-sales technical assistance, ensuring customers have the necessary information to make informed decisions.
  • Provide ongoing after-sales support to customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships to cultivate repeat business from existing clients and win new clients from competitors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development and analytics.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of marketing strategies and their implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing and developing a team.
