Responsibilities
- Execute Company Strategies and Policies: Implement and execute HR strategies and policies in alignment with the overall business objectives.
- Supervise Internal HR Workflows and Database Management: Oversee internal HR workflows, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in database management.
- Lead and Educate Managers and Junior Staff: Provide leadership and guidance to managers and junior staff, educating them on essential HR procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Resolve Employee Queries and Address Labour Regulations: Address employee queries related to issues such as salary and labour regulations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Lead HR Recruiting Strategy and Hiring Procedures: Develop and lead the HR department recruiting strategy, overseeing all aspects of the hiring process.
- Training and Seminars: Establish training programs and conduct orientation activities for employees.
- Schedule and conduct management seminars and sessions with employees.
- Employee Relations and Grievance Resolution: Assist in resolving major employee grievances and provide counselling to employees and supervisors on employee relations issues.
- Employee Benefits Programs: Plan effective employee benefits programs and educate employees on all incentives and packages.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven professional experience in HR Management.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), payroll systems, and data management tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing comprehensive compensation and benefits packages.
- Solid understanding of compensation and labour regulations, as well as familiarity with regulatory laws and best HR practices.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of dependability and effective team management.
- BSc in Human Resources Management or a related field.
