ERA is excited to be partnering with an exciting Crypto iGaming business based out of Melbourne, Australia. Led by a team of experienced tech-savvy gaming professionals, this business is armed with the expertise to revolutionise the online gaming vertical, their main goal is to continuously deliver a highly dynamic and entertaining experience in the online world. As the Head of Marketing, you will require a strategic mindset, be an innovative thinker, and have the ability and knowledge to navigate the complexities of the global iGaming market. You will be at the forefront of shaping and executing comprehensive marketing strategies with a focus on innovation and growth, you will lead the marketing division, orchestrating activities that span the entire customer journey. this role will be pivotal in driving brand success within the dynamic and evolving crypto iGaming industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the marketing division, managing brand and marketing activities.
  • Develop and own the brand strategy, aligning it with the companys business objectives and gaining consensus from senior team members.
  • Drive full-funnel marketing and omni-channel customer experiences, both strategically and in execution.
  • Create and manage the marketing budget, setting clear performance indicators and ROI measurements.
  • Work towards substantial growth in player numbers and Net Gaming Revenue (NGR).
  • Structure, lead, and coach a high-performing marketing function.
  • Ensure team members are engaged, inspired, and supported to over-achieve against personal objectives.

Requirements

  • Detailed understanding of the global iGaming/Wagering market
  • Proven experience in a senior brand or marketing role, demonstrating a passion for marketing.
  • Deep understanding of the betting, gaming, or crypto industry, with a background in either B2B or B2C.
  • Experience in the gaming sector, ideally within crypto, is highly desirable.
  • Adept at both strategic leadership and day-to-day operational roles within a dynamic marketing function.
  • Innovative mindset with a track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Ability to lead and expand the marketing division, driving growth in player numbers and NGR.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
