ERA are excited to be partnering with a leading B2B iGaming company based in Taipei. Who are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join their B2B iGaming business based in Taipei, Taiwan. As a key player in the team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with clients in the iGaming industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.
Responsibilities
- Gather Business Requirements: Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements for iGaming analytics, focusing on areas such as drill-down analysis, dashboarding, reporting, visualisation, and data mining analysis.
- Market Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our iGaming products and services, ensuring a competitive edge in the industry.
- Client Relationship Building: Identify potential clients and establish strong, lasting relationships to drive new business opportunities. Negotiate contracts with clients to secure mutually beneficial business deals.
- Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with clients to work out forecasts and demand planning, providing valuable feedback to the organisation.
- Revenue Goal Setting: Set and achieve revenue goals through the enactment of targeted marketing strategies.
- Pre-sales and After-sales Support: Prepare pre-sales technical assistance and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Client Retention: Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients, cultivating repeat business from existing clients, and winning new clients from competitors.
- Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate the work of the business development team, providing guidance and support.
- Training and Development: Contribute to the training and development of team members, ensuring continuous improvement and skill enhancement.
- Recruitment: Participate in the recruitment process, identifying and onboarding top talent to strengthen the business development team.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree, in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development within the B2B iGaming industry.
- Fluency in English is required, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Chinese would be advantageous.
- Based in Taipei, Taiwan.
