ERA is excited to be partnering with an experienced tech-savvy gaming business armed with more than 10+ years of expertise in the online gaming industry, their main goal is to continuously deliver a highly dynamic and entertaining experience in the online gaming world. We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our team for an exciting social sports betting project. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, proficiency in product prototyping using Axure software, and a comprehensive understanding of the online sports betting industry. With at least three years of experience in product management, the candidate should be adept at handling the entire spectrum of online product development, launch, and operational tracking. An essential trait for this role is the ability to adapt to change and a positive attitude towards learning. Based in Manila, Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential product opportunities and ascertain customer needs.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritising features based on market research insights and customer feedback.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure a successful product launch.
- Create and maintain project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery within the allocated budget.
- Monitor and track product performance, focusing on user engagement, retention, and revenue generation.
- Continuously evaluate and optimise the product based on user feedback, data analysis, and evolving market trends.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the products sustained competitiveness and relevance.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with exceptional listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Advanced proficiency in product prototyping using Axure software.
- Thorough understanding of the online sports betting business.
- At least 3 years of experience in the product management field.
- Familiarity with the entire spectrum of online product development, launch, and operational tracking.
- Proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a keenness to adapt and learn in a dynamic environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UI and UX during the design process.
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially concerning business logic.
