Our esteemed B2B iGaming client is seeking a Senior Promotion Coordinator to join their dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing promotional campaigns, ensuring their successful implementation, and maintaining alignment with the brands guidelines. The Senior Promotion Coordinator will work closely with various teams across the organisation to drive the companys promotional efforts.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the promotions team to manage promotional campaigns and tools.
- Liaise with different departments, including Account Management, Marketing, Creative, BI, and Compliance, to effectively deliver and implement promotion briefs in line with campaign objectives.
- Create comprehensive promotional briefs, coordinate cross-departmental promotions, and play a key role in the execution of customised promotions.
- Collaborate on creative briefs with the Marketing and Design teams, with a focus on reviewing output (artwork and wordings) provided.
- Demonstrate proficiency in back-office tools and execute approved promotional mechanics with precision from pre-launch to post-launch.
- Generate winner lists for promotional campaigns, providing valuable support to the Account Management team.
- Prepare insightful promotional reports for stakeholders, including the BI and Finance teams.
- Master new product or tool enhancements and provide necessary support, which may include delivering presentations or offering back-office training to support Account Management teams.
- Oversee on-site promotion display, ensuring accuracy and consistency across both desktop and mobile platforms.
- Execute outputs from the designer and copywriter teams, playing a vital role in bringing promotions to life across various Asian languages.
- Effectively communicate promotions, both internally and externally, utilising email tools.
- Provide valuable support for ad hoc activities and campaigns.
- Ensure that all delivered activities are fully compliant, consistent, and adhere to the brands best practice guidelines.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry.
- A deep understanding of back-office marketing tools.
- A track record of experience in creating promotion briefs and effectively managing website promotions.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other Asian language is a significant advantage.
