ERA are excited to be working in partnership with an Australia based specialists’ business who are leading the way in creation, management, and marketing of products within the tech and Gaming space. The business is committed to creating a best-of-breed gaming experience developing the Gaming Platform and Sportsbook on the latest market trends and innovations. Reporting to the CEO, the Property/Investment Analyst will advise on property acquisitions and commercial investment opportunities. You will be tasked with conducting feasibility studies and market analysis to determine viability of potential real estate acquisitions and commercial ventures. Experience in a similar role is essential and you will be a confident decision-maker with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities
- Management and oversight of investment properties
- Conducting feasibility studies and market analysis to determine the viability of potential real estate acquisitions and commercial ventures
- Conduct property valuations
- Develop forecasts and financial models for project revenue, expenses, and profits for property investments
- Prepare market reports that provide insight into trends, pricing, and supply and demand dynamics in both commercial and residential property markets
- Provide repositioning advice, which may include recommending improvements to a property or adjusting its use to better meet markets demands
- Demonstrate expertise in tenancy knowledge, including lease structure, property management, and lease negotiation processes
- Conduct site inspections and identify key features and characteristics of a property that may affect its value and marketability
- Identify potential commercial and property investment opportunities and conduct due diligence to evaluate the potential risks and returns of same
- Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, investors, and brokers
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most relevant and accurate advice
- Liaise with other professionals, such as architects, engineers, and lawyers, to ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met in relation to a property investment
- Be passionate about creating a dynamic and positive workplace culture
- Promote high work standards within the team
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Strong working knowledge of property management
- Strong decision-making ability
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in property valuation advantageous
- Proficiency using online collaboration and project management software such as Jira, Confluence and Slack
- Working knowledge of human resources processes
- Exposure to budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
