ERA are excited to be working in partnership with an Australia based specialists’ business who are leading the way in creation, management, and marketing of products within the tech and Gaming space. The business is committed to creating a best-of-breed gaming experience developing the Gaming Platform and Sportsbook on the latest market trends and innovations. We are seeking a VIP and Loyalty professional to join their rapidly growing team. You will lead our customer acquisition efforts across global markets to drive rapid and long-term growth. Reporting to the Casino Marketing Manager, this role requires a highly motivated individual focusing on taking care of our best players, account growth, retention and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Casino Marketing Manager to ensure our VIP & Loyalty program provides our best players with a quality, personalised service 24/7
- Set up and manage player segmentation (bets, products, payouts, loyalty points, time value etc)
- Set up 24/7 VIP customer service through different channels
- Set up our VIP rewards program
- Increase efficiency through automation, workflow streamlining, and system optimisation
- Keeping current with new technologies and making recommendations to the team
- Be passionate about creating an engaging visual gaming experience
- Promote high work standards within the team
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in iGaming
- Proficiency in using online collaboration and project management software such as Jira, Confluence, Miro and Slack
- An understanding of casino VIP and loyalty programs and missions/achievements
- Strong mathematical sense
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel
- Data-driven and analytical mindset
- Driven self-starter who is equally comfortable operating autonomously as they are working within a larger team
- Creative and pragmatic approach to problem solving
