ERA are excited to be working in partnership with an Australia based specialists’ business who are leading the way in creation, management, and marketing of products within the tech and Gaming space. The business is committed to creating a best-of-breed gaming experience developing the Gaming Platform and Sportsbook on the latest market trends and innovations. Reporting to the Head of Gaming, the Casino Marketing Manager will be an integral part of the marketing team, striving to maximise performance in all areas of our casino offering. You will be involved in daily commercial decisions and supporting execution in areas such as acquisition, retention, CRM, promotional spend, cross-sell and other customer behaviours. Experience in the Gaming industry is essential, and you will be familiar with managing and working with multiple technology partners across several time zones. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to take the reins and define the way forward.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight and guidance all online casino marketing activities
  • Establish, manage, and continuously optimize online casino promotional campaigns and bonus offers
  • Innovate on casino game experiences to provide a best-in-class offering
  • Ensure responsible gaming principles and regulatory compliance are engrained throughout all aspects of the online casino operation
  • Work closely with the product team on game release cycle and lead the storefront management performance
  • Support the management team in driving the performance of casino goals measured against a balanced scorecard of targets covering finance, customer service, and team metrics
  • Actively monitor and report on competitors’ product, strategy, and initiatives within operating environments
  • Support the go-to-market casino strategy for new market launches
  • Identify and create programs for high-value players
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to constantly identify new opportunities and ensure out offering is ahead of the game
  • Guide the brand/web/creative team to achieve a vibrant and distinctive visual identity across casino banners and advertising assets
  • Increase efficiency through automation, workflow streamlining, and system optimisation
  • Keeping current with new technologies and making recommendations to the team
  • Dedicate care and responsibility for the final quality of the product
  • Be passionate about creating an engaging visual gaming experience
  • Promote high work standards within the team

Requirements

  • Experience in iGaming operations and marketing, and sportsbook
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of user journeys, CRM, and CLV
  • Driven self-starter who is equally comfortable operating autonomously as they are working within a larger team
  • Creative and pragmatic approach to problem solving
