Job Overview
ERA are excited to be working in partnership with a leading Multi-Media company who are looking for a Data Analyst to join their Japanese team. Your responsibilities will be overseeing the collection, managing aggregation data and digitising the whole data set associated with the Japanese market. In addition, you will oversee A/B testing and evaluating the outcome of projects working with the BO/BI team.
Responsibilities
- Developing operational reports.
- Creating automated reports and dashboards.
- Working with business stakeholders capturing requirements in order to set functional and reporting specifications.
- Using tools/systems such as MS SQL, SSRS, TSQL, Power Query, MDX, Tabular Editor and DAX.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or skills and experience to match 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience manipulating large data sets to derive business insights.
- Strong experience designing and developing reports from scratch using a visualization tool such as Power BI or similar tool.
- Experience in Affiliation/Lead generation organization is a plus.
- Solid experience in utilising and reading data for A/B testing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment to aim for common goals.
- Respect others and be diligent to work.
- Ability to work in an efficient, well-organised and professional way.
- Highly motivated and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Accuracy to complete the detailed works and perseverance.
- The ability to work independently and with teams working in Agile.
